The brief
Inject new interest into Fairfax & Roberts’ 150 year old brand by launching a flagship diamond store in Sydney’s most competitive “diamond mile” – Castlereagh Street, Sydney.
Our approach
Create a brand strategy and communication plan for the launch of The Diamond Room and the subsequent relaunch of Fairfax & Roberts Couture business under the positioning of “eclectic elegance”. The campaign was delivered via print, press, visual merchandising, events, private soirees, PR, SEM, CRM and the website.
The results
The Diamond Room quickly gained the attention of local, interstate and international buyers. Fairfax & Roberts continue to repeat the first campaign simply because it drives business.
