Uniqlo Lucky Switch Campaign

This is starting to find its way properly around the web now, and is being used more and more as a case study, but I still think it’s great, innovative work and should continue to be shared.

Who’d have thought a boring banner campaign could be so successful? Its success (in terms of sales and impressions) was driven by users and bloggers, and was based around the idea of a widget that turned every image on a web page into a brand-specific image. The video explains it all.
